From the seas off the coast of Indonesia comes this large 40 inch round mirror hand made using shell veneers. The all natural shell veneers are carefully cut into thin slices, almost feather like, glued to the wooden back support arranged in interesting designs. The artisian hand places shells throughout the face of the frame positioning, layering and glueing before a fine grit sand paper is used to smooth the shells into one continous design. The result, each piece is unique capturing the authentic charm of the natural materials used in production.
